Graduate Induction on Steroids

During this time of the year, lot’s of organizations are thinking about bring on interns or graduates. How can you develop a program that fits your values. We found it is important that these young folks were inducted in our culture quickly.

Facebook may have it’s bootcamp (so, does Atlassian), but how do you inject some more fun and a bit more socializing? You create Hackhouse! This year, Atlassian runs it’s third version. I wonder what the newbies will come up with this year!
